British Pedophiles Beware!
Child abuse "experts" in the UK have are releasing a series of cartoons in order to teach children 5-and-up about the dangers of online predators and pedophiles. Hector's World features a gaggle of friendly undersea creatures that will help kids traverse the perilous waters of the online "birds and bees." Every child in the UK from 5-to-7 yeard of age in primary school will be shown subjected to characters like Hector the Dolphin, PC Jim the Seahorse, and Ranjeet the Crab.
