Close Only Counts in Horseshoes and Hand Grenades.
*Sigh* We are getting tired around here with these "close calls" and "brushes with death" concerning Sharks harassing surfers and swimmers. The latest one comes from Hawaii's North Shore, where veteran surfer Tino Ramirez says that a large Tiger Shark got tangled up in his surf leash and had a big fat freak out trying to get free.

Sharks look even bigger if you close one eye.

The Shark also gummed the tail of Tino's board. We say gummed, because if the Shark really wanted to it could have eat the ass out of that board.
Since surfers, swimmers, and divers love to tell tales of encountering Sharks in the water, here is one of my home pictures of a brush I had with a couple of unsuspecting dorks:

Smile Dorks! We are always there in the water with you and whether you see us or not...we see you.
Smile!
