42% of Shark and Ray Species in Mediterranean are Doomed.
A new report by the World Conservation Union (IUCN)claims that 42% of all living Shark and Ray species currently living in the Mediterranean Se will become extinct soon. This is largely the fault of overfishing.
Claudine Gibson, Program Officer for the IUCN Shark Specialist Group:
Our analyses reveal the Mediterranean Sea as one of the world’s most dangerous places on Earth for sharks and rays. Bottom dwelling species appear to be at greatest risk in this region, due mainly to intense fishing of the seabed.

Some of the most Critically Endangered in the Mediterranean Sea:

Great White--Carcharodon "jam master" carcharias

Shortfin Mako--Isurus oxyrinchus--Makos are often molested by short-dicked rednecks who do this to prove to their obese, serial cocksucking "girlfriends" how macho they are.

Porbeagle--Lamna nasus--Porbeagles, an extremely bloody Shark, are prized by the French for the taste of their oily flesh, but then again, the French also eat horse.

Horse--Equus caballus--Horses are not endangered at all, but we figured this might piss you all off more because most people think Horses are cuter than Sharks.
